George Olshevsky

George Olshevsky (né le ) est une personnalité du fandom Marvel Comics et paléontologue amateur américain.

Biographie

Grand collectionneur de comic books dans jeunesse, il a tenu jusqu'à la fin des années 1980 l'index des publications Marvel et publié de nombreux ouvrages (généralement des listes commentées) consacrés à celles-ci. Ce travail lui a valu un Prix Inkpot en 1980.

Également intéressé par les dinosaures depuis la fin des années 1970, il se consacre depuis la fin des années 1980 à la défense de sa théorie selon laquelle les oiseaux sont les ancêtres des dinosaures et maintient la liste de dinosaures en ligne Dinosaur Genera List.
