Le championnat d'Europe de Formule 2 1984 était la dix-huitième édition du championnat d'Europe de F2. Il a été remporté par le Néo-Zélandais Mike Thackwell, sur une Ralt-Honda de l'écurie Ralt Racing Ltd. Il s'agit de la dernière saison du championnat, remplacé par le Championnat international de Formule 3000 dès 1985.
