Un teaser d'environ trois minutes est posté sur YouTube le . Les lèvres de Selena Gomez sont filmées en gros plan pendant qu'elle chante Fetish[1],[2]. Il est réalisé par Petra Collins (en)[3] qui avait déjà collaboré avec la chanteuse lorsqu'elle l'avait photographiée pour le magazine Wonderland[4].

Le clip vidéo de Fetish sort le [5]. Il est lui aussi réalisé par Petra Collins[6]. Elle s'est inspirée de photos de Nobuyoshi Araki et du personnage d'Isabelle Adjani dans le film Possession[7].
