Baricitinib

Le baricitinib est une molécule inhibitrice des janus kinase 1 et 2, deux tyrosine kinases, en cours de test dans la polyarthrite rhumatoïde.

Efficacité

Il a une certaine efficacité sur les symptômes de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde lorsqu'elle est résistante au méthotrexate[1]ou à d'autres molécules[2].
